Strawberry Banana Milk Shake

Pure food can taste surprisingly sweet and delicious!  

Here's a super easy and tasty drink that can be a quick on the go breakfast or a healthy snack.  It's full of antioxidants, protein, potassium, fiber, vitamin C, and B vitamins...

Strawberry Banana Milk Shakes

2 cups frozen strawberries
2 frozen very ripe frozen bananas
3-4 cups of almond milk, or cow milk with a tsp. of honey added

Put all the ingredients in a blender and mix until milk shake like.  The amount of milk you need will depend on the size of the fruit you are using, and how thick you like your milk shake.  Start with a smaller amount and add more as needed.
