Peanut Butter Cups

When it comes to yummy treats I welcome the challenge of finding healthy versions.  After all I like sweets too! 

I love this recipe for two reasons.  One, it only has 4 ingredients, so even I can make it.  Two, it's a healthy version of Reese's Peanut Butter cups, which are super high in bad fat and other junk.
