Delicious and Healthy Coffee Creamers

Latte 3When regular coffee creamers are loaded with bad trans fats (that can cause heart disease), it's time to find a better option.  So what's out there that also tastes good?  Lots!

Coconut Milk

Coconut milk is a nice healthy choice, that can even boost your metabolism.  It adds a light creamy flavor to any coffee.  Coconut milk comes in regular flavor (contains a little sugar), unsweetened (no sugar added), and vanilla flavor (a little sugar added, plus vanilla flavor).  The vanilla is really good!

Almond Milk

Coconut on the beachAlmond milk is another great option.  How they get milk from almonds is a mystery to me, but it tastes good.     Almond milk also comes in regular, unsweetened and vanilla flavors.  Again, gotta prefer the vanilla.  :)


Coconut Cream

Coconut and almond milk are delicious options, but if you want it creamier there's another option.  Coconut cream is amazing!  It's a few extra calories, so enjoy that a little adds a lot of flavor.  

Flavors

MintNow that you've got your creamer base it's time to add some flavor!  There's vanilla extract, peppermint extract, almond extract, pumpkin spice, etc.  Have fun and don't be afraid to experiment with all sorts of great flavors!

So pour an antioxidant rich, organic cup of joe and enjoy the flavors you love without the guilt!

If you want to add more calories into a cup of coffee then you should add coffee cream. Coffee cream also increase the taste of coffee. Roasted Coffee
